Monthly Group Coaching: Monthly sessions exploring various themes and maintaining support​

In our group sessions, we work towards creating an accepting and safe environment for individuals to learn and share. Being a part of a community where others are making the same decision to invest in their wellbeing and growth can further support you in your journey by providing you with community, accountability and support.
