    • 30-60 min sessions

    • Weekly, bi weekly and monthly sessions or book on a needs-to basis

    • Package of 10 Sessions (Available to use over a 3 month period)

    • Package of 3 Sessions (Available to use over a 1 month period)

     

    ​​Every individual's journey is unique, and that is why I offer one-on-one coaching sessions.

     Groups 
      Online &In-Person

    • ​Once-Off session: 60-90 minutes focusing on a specific theme (e.g., performance anxiety, coping with setbacks etc.)

    • Monthly Group Coaching: Monthly sessions exploring various themes and maintaining  support​

    ​

    In our group sessions, we work towards creating an accepting and safe environment for individuals to learn and share. Being a part of a community where others are making the same decision to invest in their wellbeing and growth can further support you in your journey by providing you with community, accountability and support.
